Single Row Spherical Roller Bearings

Single row spherical roller bearings are composed of inner and outer rings and rollers between the inner and outer rings, as well as a pair of sealing rings and a pair of sealing ring grooves. The outer circumferential surface of the inner ring is provided with a groove. The two sides of the groove form a pair of ribs for the end surfaces of the rollers to contact, and the bottom of the groove forms a spherical raceway for the rollers to roll;
The inner circumferential surface of the outer ring of a single-row spherical roller bearing is formed with a spherical raceway for the rollers to roll; the side edges on both sides of the outer cylindrical surface of the inner ring are respectively formed with tapered surfaces for a pair of sealing rings to contact them. The single-row spherical roller bearing is installed on the broach arm of the dobby machine, which can ensure that the cam busbar of the dobby machine cam is in good contact with the outer ring, and the force is evenly applied without causing heat. Moreover, because the sealing ring can be in good contact with the cone surface, Grease will not leak out and frequent replenishment of grease is not required.
Single row spherical roller bearings can compensate for the initial misalignment of equipment caused by poor machining or installation, and can also withstand axial displacement and larger radial loads, thus not only reducing the damage rate of continuous casting machines, etc., but also effectively extending the The service life of the continuous casting machine.
Single row spherical roller bearings are often used in heavy loads and situations with aligning performance requirements. Since the bearing is a supporting and running part of the mechanical shaft, when the bearing is used in situations where the shaft has bending deformation and heavy load, the inner ring and outer ring of the bearing are required. The rings have certain non-concentricity and misalignment. If conventional bearings are used in this situation, motion interference will occur and the bearing will fail prematurely. Aligning bearings can avoid this motion interference and ensure that the bearings have good operating performance in these special use occasions.
